The Bastille and Boulder

My guiding season seems to have ground to a halt this October, which is fine, because my work for Backcountry Access kicked in with a vengeance, starting with a week at the office in Boulder, CO, meeting with the warehouse and office staff, getting to see the awesome town of Boulder (it lived up to its hype, I'm afraid).  The weather canceled plans to climb one of the Flatirons (next time), but I did get in one climb with Bruno, who showed me the classic Bastille Crack in Eldorado:

I'm going to have to lead the first three pitches next time.

Statistics:  Eldorado Canyon, Colorado.  The Bastille Crack (II 5.7, 6 pitches).  4 October 2012 with Bruno.
