Espresso Shot: Winter Pickets


I'll argue that the Cascade Mountain's Picket Range is the most rugged, remote, hardest to approach, and least visited alpine territory in the West Coast of the United States - possibly in all of the lower 48.  John Scurlock, the Pacific Northwest's amazing aerial photographer, shot this photo yesterday during a fly-over of the North Cascades.
